In the new UI all actions fro table items were moved from a listing of icons
into a menu. This helps with scalability of available actions and doesn't
require identifying a unique icon that makes sense for every action. There is a
downside however, in that it now takes 2 clicks to access an action. For tables
that have actions that are extremely likely to be the executed action, we
should consider options for making it more available.
