Summary: Delete multiple buckets

After selecting multiple buckets with their respective checkboxes in the
buckets table, the bulk actions dropdown should contain a ‘Delete’ action.
A modal is displayed with a generic “All versions of all flows of each selected
bucket will be deleted” message.
Modal should have a cancel option as well.
Delete action in bulk actions dropdown should be disabled if no checkboxes are
selected
