Clicking on the edit icon of a bucket in the buckets table should open a side
panel. This side panel should have an input for editing the name as well as a
table listing policies. Columns to include are display name and permissions,
which can be sorted by clicking on the header. There will also be a column
containing clickable icon buttons for actions (edit and delete). Functionality
for those icons will be implemented separately from this ticket.
