Summary: Delete a bucket policy

Clicking on the trash icon (delete) of a policy in the policies list will open
a dialog to verify the deletion of said policy. If a user clicks Delete, the
policy will be deleted from the bucket it belongs to. If a user clicks Cancel,
the modal closes and nothing is changed.
