Review Comment:
   `Files.write` uses `CREATE` and `WRITE` without `TRUNCATE_EXISTING`, so 
reusing an identifier may append to an existing file. Adding 
`TRUNCATE_EXISTING` or `CREATE_NEW` would prevent unexpected results.
