Preserve authoritative snapshot reconciliation across failed or cancelled loads while retaining optimistic in-flight mutations. # Summary [NIFI-16489](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16489) After a node connects to or disconnects from the cluster, the server revision basis can reset. The connector canvas kept its local component whenever that component's revision was newer, so the next flow snapshot could be rejected. The flow designer already treats the snapshot after a cluster transition as authoritative. The connector canvas now records that transition before requesting the flow. The returned snapshot replaces revisions that existed before the request, including a snapshot loaded after a failed or cancelled request. Creates and deletes that finish while the request is in flight are preserved.
