@pvillard31 I think I was a little unclear -- I didn't expect both `-SAN`
and `--subjectAlternativeNames`, but just the long flag
`--subjectAlternativeNames`. Some commands stack their short flags (i.e. `-S`
and `-A` run on the same command could also be expressed `-SA` so all short
flags must only be one character).
I ran the standalone tool with both `-S` and `-SAN` on the same line and it
worked but it strikes me as potentially confusing for users.
