This idea needs some refining, but in flows that are organized logically into
areas of responsibility but for coherence are not subgrouped into Process
Groups, labels are sometimes used to visually group related processors.
I'm proposing that double-clicking or right-clicking a label and selecting a
new menu option "Select components" would then select all components (I believe
this is called "creating a snippet") covered by the label and allow for
starting/stopping the "group" at once.
