NIFI-2529: Added support for SSLContextService protocols in HandleHttpRequest
Forced HandleHTTPRequest to use RestrictedSSLContextService and removed
extraneous SSL algorithm checks
Throw RuntimeException if the chosen SSL protocol isn't supported by
HandleHttpRequest
This closes #1985.
