@m-hogue I apologize for the delay on this. I reviewed and verified that
the tests pass, the checkstyle was good, and a flow I developed using
`HandleHTTPRequest` and `HandleHTTPResponse` worked as expected (succeeded with
TLS v1.2 incoming connection; failed when TLSv1.1 was specified). I merged and
closed the Jira. Expect this in Apache NiFi 1.4.0. Thanks for your
contribution.
