[~mattyb149] I think it would be really helpful have EL in the HiveQL 
statement. I am not sure it makes sense to support Hive variable substitution 
in these properties, since here we are likely to set the parameters' values 
here (so it makes sense to have them in the query, but here, they are not 
useful I think).

Moreover, such a syntax would be very confusing anyway, if we don't support EL: 
in NiFi, that is the syntax for EL, so someone reading at it assumes that this 
is the case.

What do you think?
