@mattyb149 I got started on that, but I'm not sure how this is supposed to
work. The only entry point that is standard for `LookupService` is
`lookup(Map)`. How did you envision communicating the info for the other lookup
strategies? The schema name one makes sense; it can be a property on the
service or simply `schema.name` in the `Map` passed to `lookup`. The rest, I'm
not sure about.
