This test uses the TestRecordLookupProcessor because the mock framework needs a
processor to create a test runner, but the test really isn't using the
processor.
When the test runs, the processor has a List<Record> but this lookup service
returns List, so it ends up adding List to List<Record> , which apparently Java
8 allows.
In Java 11 it throws a class cast exception.
Same problem exists in the 2.x version of the HBase stuff.
