Description: This proposal comes from a StackOverflow post
(https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58439232/generate-uuid5-in-nifi) to add
the capability of generating a namespace-based UUID v5 value. There is a
reference implementation

but of course caution should be used (with respect to licensing) before
