Review comment:
       > The built-in `DateTimeFormatter.ISO_OFFSET_DATE_TIME` instance seems 
to me the right format here.
   
   Some other processors (ListFTP, ListFile, PutFile, GetFile) use 
"yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ" format explicitly.
