OpenNLP references an outdated version of onnxruntime as a dependency, that is
version 1.10.0. The most recent onnxruntime version 1.14.0 resolves several
bugs and improves performance, see:

Aim:
* Modernizes onnxruntime to latest version 1.14.0
* Enable modern dev platforms: "Mac M1 support in Python and Java packages",
