Atm, {{org.xml.sax.helpers.XMLReaderFactory}} is used in
{{DictionaryEntryPersistor}}. However, this the use of XMLReaderFactory is
deprecated since Java 9, that is:

It is recommended to use javax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory instead.
