--- Comment #6 from [email protected] --- Created attachment 80198 --> https://issues.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=80198&action=edit Specimen ODT document showing the problem The attachment was created in Windows XP using version 3.4.1 and exhibits the anomalous behaviour. The right-pointing arrows are created by typing a hyphen and a right-pointing arrow (although some have been copied and pasted). The anomalous behaviour arises when using a proportional font in which the width of a right-pointing arrow is less than that of a hyphen and a chevron. Fixed-pitch fonts to not seem to show this behaviour (although an arrow is half the width of a hyphen and a chevron). The anomalous behaviour does not arise when an arrow is wider than a hyphen and a chevron. I shall see if the behaviour is the same when using Linux. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.
