The same problem was experienced with my previous printer (Cannon MP640) so not specific to my current model, although maybe to Cannon W7 print drivers? I have only printed to PDF from the internal OO PDF printer though, not through a 3rd party PDF driver. The problem exhibits in the print preview window in the "new" OO print dialogue, which shows the paper size that will be used.
