Sidebar branch, revision 1466052.
In 3.4.*, Impress' Task Panel has a "Table Design" task, available all the
time, even if there is no table inserted/selected. This allowed to insert a
table directly from the task panel.
In the sidebar, it seems that the Table Design panel is available only when a
table is selected.
