That hard part is to make the decision of how it should work. I see three options: 1. Show the table design panel in the property deck (as it is now). The panel is only visible when a table is being edited. 2. Show the table design panel in its own deck (as it was before). The panel is visible when the user activates the table deck. It can not be visible together with other property panels. 3. A combination of 1 and 2.
