I have tried switching off auto update for Windows but it has zero effect. Now here's a new one. Ttwo or maybe three recent occurrences of the "unknown error" have now generated a new error box which says: DDE Server Window: soffice.bin - Appplication Error The instruction at "0x05257455" referenced memory at"0xff00000c".
