I'm trying with our latest release, version 3.4.1 on Windows 7 and the document you attached converts very well for me. I'm not noticing any missing text. Also, could you clarify where you notice the text is missing? And is this missing when the DOC file is in OpenOffice, or is it only missing when you load the DOC in MS Word?
