The following message appears in a dialog box and Open Office will not open:
"The application cannot be started. OpenOffice.org user installation could not
be processed due to missing access rights. Please make sure you have sufficient
access rights for the following Location & restart OpenOffice.org"
I have removed the program and reinstalled several times, same message still
occurs.
I am logged in as administrator on this computer.
I am running Windows 7, and it has been removed and reloaded.
There are no viruses or Malware on this computer.
Error keeps occurring.
