Higlighted Rectangle shows missing position section
While executing AOOTest-1511 (writer).In Position and Size section, postion
section (Vertical and Horizontal) missing from sidebar when Drawing Object or
Text Box was inserted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) New a document.
2) Insert a drawing object, or a text box.
3) Modify position of object via sidebar.
Actual Results: Position cannot be modified because position section missing
from sidebar.
Expected Results: Position(Vertical and Horizontal) should be modified
correctly.
