--- Comment #14 from Jim Ellis <[email protected]> --- Edwin, Thank you very much for that last screen shot and for taking your time to look into this for me. You have both writer and writer/web showing on the "open with" menu. I take it that is version 4.0 of open office. (That is what I had with the previous version before I did the update this week.) I am kind of at a loss here as I have not been able to get the writer/web to show up in the file associations. I even went into the windows control panel, default programs, set associations and it just will NOT allow me to associate the sweb.exe with a file type. Here is something else that is very odd. I opened writer/web via the desktop shortcut that I created. The shortcut points to sweb.exe. I clicked on the file menu, recent documents, and selected the blank-page.html file. It opened up a NEW writer window! not writer/web, the regular writer program (swriter.exe) I am going to dig into this to try to figure out what is going on. If you have any ideas I would be glad to hear them. Thanks, Jim. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.
