I have been trying to upgrade to 4.0 over the last week or so. I can't upgrade
& I con't seem to uninstall 3.4.1 to let the new version in. 4.0 says already
in process, ditto for 3.4.1 to uninstall. I have restarted my computer a number
of times, & nothing is showing up in task manager.
