It happened yesterday for no apparent reason. OO had been working fine and then suddenly the exact same issue as reported in this bug appeared and OO could not be run. All other applications are running fine on the system and scans for malware produce nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. I am going to try that again, including deleting folders if necessary.
