Currently, I can not reproduce the above described defects in my environment - Windows 7 64bit en-US with German local and AOO 4.0 en-US, local setting German. I assume the above descriptions demonstrate how the given document has been created. It seems that the creation process is defective which leads to the wrong sorting. But the sorting of the given document (which seems not the one that was intended to create) is correct. Hopefully, I got this right.
