Page size units in the preview displayed by the Print dialog are "in" always.
Regardless of the fact that my system Regional Settings is set to metric and
regardless the fact that Tools/Options -> OOo.Writer -> General has
"measurement units = cm".
Print subsection in the options has no setting regarding the measurement units.
