        Issue Type: DEFECT

                    drive/folder icons

           Version: 3.4.0
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows 7

Steps how to reproduce with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI
/ English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1537973 - 2013-11-03]" on
German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:

1. In lank new Writer document menu on Standard Toolbar 'rightclick ->
Customize Toolbar -> Toolbars -> Add -> Vertical scroll Slicer "Category"
   down to bottom of scrollbar'
   > Item "OOo Macros" appears
2. Clikc "+" left from "OOo Macros"
   > Sub items appear
2. Expand PP Macros -> Depot'
Bug: Drive and Folder icons are partially covered by too big
        'Collapse - Expand' icons :-(

Additional info:
----------------
(a) This bug has 2 aspects
(a1) folder / Drive icons follow more close behind 'Collapse - Expand' icons
than in menu 'Tools -> Macros -> Organize -> OO Macros'. This difference
is already visible in OOo 2.0.3
(a2) 'Collapse - Expand' icons are bigger than in menu
'Tools -> Macros -> Organize -> OO Macros'
This still was ok with OOo 3.1.1, but already in OOo 3.3.0 the simple
line drawings for 'Collapse - Expand' icons have been replaced by
     3D look icons
(b) Already reproducible with Pre-3.4.0 (OOo 3.3.0), but because of crippled
Version selector (Bug 123063) no useful info can be contributed
(c) Latest confirmation for AOO 4.1.0-dev, but because of incomplete LCo
selector (Bug 123063) no correct information can be contributed.
