And this one looks like a SAGE "Simply Accounting" issue, not as an AOO issue. Reporter did not attach requested sample document, so closing issue due to reporter's inactivity. @reporter: First please contact SAGE support. This is probably their problem, not AOO's. If they want to accpet only .xls created with a MS product we do not have ambition to pretend that AOO's .xls have been created with Excel. Please feel free to reopen this Bug if contact with SAGE leads to comprehensible indications that there really is an AOO bug. If you reopen the Bug report we need a test kit (Attachment here in the Bug report) and a detailed step by step instruction how to reproduce your problem, for details please see <http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/HowToFileIssue>! Additionally we would need a detailed description concerning the roots of the problem, I think it will be necessary that you find someone at SAGE support who is willing to collaborate.
