Thompson Reuter Endnote, a citation database (I tested versions X6 and X7,
respectively), has an extension which is installed via the extension manager
and inserts a menue "Endnote" as well as a toolbar. The menue is inserted and
seems to work normally, but the toolbar is missing.
Strangely, if I install Libreoffice 4.1 on the same computer, both menue and
toolbar are working!
If I remember it correctly, the toolbar was working nicely with Openoffice 3.
