Fixed? @Edwin Sharp Your observation that filter settings dialog also appears with unchecked options for me only is reproducible when I save the document the first time as .csv from .ods, and that is useful, probably intended. But it would be a bug if the dialog appears if you save the .csv again after a small edit although option is unchecked.
