The Low German locale file
In response to feedback trying to get my Low German spell checker into
OpenOffice I created a locale xml file for Low German, based on the generator
from (http://www.it46.se) and on the German de_DE.xml file. I have attached the
file to this report for review. I hope I did everything right.
