During the process of installing Open Office 4.1.0, when the installer was
removing the O/O 4.0.1 files, I received an 'Error 1316.A'. This stopped the
installation and a roll back was performed.
Now when I attempt to access Open Office 4.0.1 from the desktop I receive an
unspecified error via a dialog box that asks me if I want to delete this
shortcut. The dialog also box says, "The item 'soffice.exe' that this shortcut
refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will not work properly."
Apparently the roll back did not restore the Open Office 4.0.1 completely.
I have made four attempts to install Open Office with the same results.
