I received the notice that Open Office 4.1.0 was available for installation. I followed the download and installation instructions. The download went well. I started the installation process and it went well until the removal of Open Office 4.0.1 process. As the progress bar advanced to approximately 95% completion, the error message appeared, 'Error 1316.A'.
