Valencian RACV, also known as "Catalan (Valencia RACV)", is at 100% in Pootle:
https://translate.apache.org/ca_XR/aoo40/
and is it not released in version 4.1.0 or any earlier OpenOffice version.
Please add it to version 4.1.1:
1) Import translations from Pootle
2) Add it to the buildbots for testing
Requesting release blocker flag.
Language in issue attributes refers to "ca" since we have no entry for "ca_XR"
yet, but it is a different localization than "ca" and "ca_XV".
This issue actually depends on language support enhancements described in bug
125264 so that one should be considered too.
