I don't think this is directly related to the other ticket.

In 4.1.1 on Linux, AOO happily opens files with spaces in the names for me, but
this is *after* the file is saved. In other words, if you can see the file on
your permanent storage medium, assuming your file types are setup correctly,
you should be able to click on it, and have it open correctly with AOO.

This statement --"and then I click the downloaded file in Chrome so it opens in
the registered application," is not making sense to me. Sorry.


Please use the forums or user list for additional help with this problem. This
does not seem to be an AOO issue at this point. It seems to be Chrome usage
problems.
