Overview: When a user selects text with their cursor, it should automatically
become uppercase when they hit the caps lock key.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start an Open Office application.
2) Enter some lowercase text.
3) Select some of the text with the cursor.
4) Hit Caps Lock.
Actual Results: The selected text remains in lowercase.
Expected Results: The selected text should become uppercase.
