When I right click and choose insert or delete, I am not able to use any shift
cell functions as they are greyed out. This has never happened before. The
entire row and entire column selections are available to click on, but the
shift cells up/down and shift cells right/left are not able to be clicked as
they are greyed out. I have restarted the application a few times but this
problem persists.
Please look into this and let me know why this is happening.
