Program keeps crashing while in use. Now i have a document that won't open. I
keep getting a "not responding" error message. Other OO documents are opening.
But program crashes frequently with open documents.
I have to keep selecting Control-Alt-Delete to end task in task management menu
because the document is blank and frozen. The hidden *lock file remains on the
desktop afterwards. I have tried reopening the document with and without the
*lock file active. Nothing has recovered the document.
I am not getting a "recovery" window for this particular document. Although i
have repeatedly gotten this window on other documents that keep crashing.
I absolutely need to recover this document! Please advise!
