I am trying to print the column headers on each page of my spreadsheet.  I
followed these instructions:

Choose Format > Print Ranges > Edit. Click in the dropdown by the Rows to
Repeat and select User-Defined.  

However when I click the dropdown I see User-defined, but the option will not
stick when I select it.   I am never able to add my range.
