So it is not a general problem, but we start to have several different reports. I'll shortly attach screenshots he provided, showing the Java Options for 4.1.2 (JRE is detected) and 4.1.3 (empty); they were taken on the same (Windows) machine, uninstalling 4.1.2 and installing 4.1.3; if one uninstalls 4.1.3 and reinstalls 4.1.2, Java is properly detected again.
