AOO 4.1.2 and AOO 4.1.3 have different versions of the msvcr100.dll file installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program. I deleted the msvcr100.dll file installed by AOO 4.1.3 and replaced it with the msvcr100.dll file from AOO 4.1.2.
