--- Comment #4 from Kjell Edvard Medhaug <[email protected]> --- (In reply to oooforum (fr) from comment #3) >... > Please provide a sample file with a free font. The issue also appears when Writer substitutes the font (because it is missing on the system), and when the style is updated with an available font from the system (so no substitution occurs). In other words, the issue is not font dependent. It is, however, platform dependent. As far as I can tell, there is no such effect in Windows and Linux builds. It only shows in Writer on Mac OS-X. I myself received the file from someone else (who has given permission to post it here). The initial posting of this issue has a link to where the case spawned. I guess I should have created a document from scratch instead of saving a few seconds. Sorry! The issue also seems connected to other layout problems, like issue 100303 (which other users in that forum made me aware of). When the text is stretched, the insertion point (aka text cursor) seems to assume the spacing that should have been instead of following the character positions of stretched words. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the issue.
