This is commercial-in-confidence so text has been obfuscated - sorry. Numbering in TOC appears half as roman numerals and rest as arabic (normal numerals). Something has gone wrong with inserting manual breaks with "first-page" style. However, can't find any way to get TOC numbering to work correctly. There is no way to format the TOC numbers into Arabic format.
