Writer document with Bibliography form and table control
Database form with table controls crash when loading or when scrolling the
table control.
Happens with new profile and all table controls on any kind of form (embedded,
Calc, Writer) under Ubuntu 16.4 using the Unity desktop or the ancient
WindowMaker environment.
