I clicked Insert > File -> Explorer opens (now Windows style, previously AOO style). I selected any .txt file > Open -> crash windows shown in attachment. Before testing file in the original description this did not occur. It started after the test without returning to 4.1.10. Now it occurs every time on 4.1.10. No change in procedure or file.
