Steps to reproduce:
1. In Draw or Impress create a new blank document
2. Insert a comment (menu 'Insert - Comment')
3. Display the Comments toolbar (menu 'View - Toolbars - Comments')
4. Click the "Next Comment" icon on the toolbar
AOO shows the information box.
5. Click the "Next Comment" icon again
The comment is displayed.
6. Again click the "Next Comment" icon
AOO shows another information box.
This could go on forever.
Same effect observed when the "Previous Comment" icon is clicked
(as of point 4. above).
